Try it the way your customer would

Pick your trade, choose a sample job, press generate. This is the same form your customers see, with your logo on it.

Job details

Your trade

Another trade, or a mix of them, is fine. We build the pricing around the jobs you actually take on.

A rough figure is fine, the tool works it out from the photos too.

03  /  Before and after

The customer sees the finished job before they say yes

Drag the handle. Every estimate goes out with a picture of the job done, made from the photos the customer sent you.

Use the arrow keys when the handle is focused. Generated images are marked as a visual guide, not a promise of materials.

04  /  How it works

Three steps, and you hold the last one

STEP 1

The customer fills the form

Job details and a few photos, on your website, under your logo. Two minutes of their time.

STEP 2

The tool drafts the estimate

Priced on your own rates, about 90 seconds, with a before and after image of the job.

STEP 3, THE IMPORTANT ONE

You approve it, then it sends

Nothing reaches a customer until you have read it and pressed approve. Change a price, change the wording, or bin it.

  • No automatic sending, ever
  • Edit any line before it goes
  • Approve from your phone on site

07  /  In their words

Trades who stopped writing estimates at night

  • “I used to spend an hour or two every evening writing quotes. Now I’ve got a draft ready in minutes. That alone has made a huge difference.”

    Mark Roofer, Leeds
  • “We won a job simply because our estimate was back the same afternoon. The customer told us the other quote didn’t arrive until two days later.”

    James Landscaper, Sheffield
  • “Customers understand the job much quicker when they can see what the finished work could look like. It’s helped us have better conversations about the quote.”

    Daniel Painter & Decorator, Manchester

Questions we get asked

You see it before the customer does. Every line is editable, so if the tool has read the job wrong you correct it and send, or you delete the draft. It is a first draft written for you, not a price set by a machine.

No. Keep your books, your CRM and your paperwork exactly as they are. This sits in front of them and hands you a finished estimate. If you want a copy of every estimate in your inbox or your accounts system, we set that up.

Yes. Prices move, so you can update your rates yourself at any time. Two rounds of larger changes are included after launch. Anything bigger after that is quoted before we start, at a day rate we agree first.

You own your customer data, your estimates and your branding, and you can export the lot whenever you like. We own and maintain the tool itself, which is why the monthly cost is £{{ monthly }} and not several hundred.

About two weeks. One call to go through your prices and the jobs you take on, then we build it, then you test it on a real enquiry before it goes live. Your time in that is roughly an hour in total.

Book a 15 minute call

A short call, no slides. You tell us the jobs you price most and what you charge. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call.
